Manager

Youth Program Manager

The Youth Program Manager position is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Director of Programs and works collaboratively with the Programs Team. We are seeking qualified candidates with experience in – and a passion for – working with young people. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator capable of inspiring youth and coaching them to reach their highest potential, has strong organizational and managerial skills, and is able and willing to lead group efforts in a range of circumstances, environments, and conditions.

Assistant

Youth Program Assistant

The Program Assistant is a seasonal, part time position that works alongside a Programs Site Lead running SEED Skills youth cohorts at our youth-led garden sites. Program Assistants are eager to work with youth and excited about the possibility of helping them to realize their highest potential. Strong candidates will have an open mind, an upbeat, positive attitude, be empathetic, and have a good sense of humor. This position will commence in May and culminate in late August. Work hours will vary, with fewer hours in May and early June, ramping up to about 30 hours a week mid-June through mid-August.

Specialist

Garden Engagement Specialist

The Garden Engagement Specialist position is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Director of Programs and coordinates/works closely with the Programs Team and Development Team. The ideal candidate has experience in cultivating engagement with individuals and groups, is a confident communicator in both face-to-face and written communications, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable leading groups in a range of circumstances, environments, and conditions. An affinity for nature and being outdoors as well as familiarity with gardening are desired.

Assistant

Agricultural Assistant

The Agricultural Assistant position is a part-to-full-time, hourly position that reports to the Agricultural Manager and coordinates/works closely with the Programs Team. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in garden work and sustainable agriculture practices, is good with basic construction tools, is personable and able to build community connections, is a capable communicator and is comfortable leading groups in a range of circumstances, environments, and conditions.
