Every Contribution Helps
If you are considering donating to Trellis, ANY amount is helpful. If you would like some inspiration, below are some ideas for one time and monthly amounts that correspond to specific needs for the organization.
One Time Ideas
$1,206 is the cost to build and install one raised bed garden at one youth or Food for All partner site.
$896 pays the educational grant for one teen to participate in our Youth Seed Enterprise summer program.
$512 pays for a healthy breakfast and lunch for one youth participant in our Youth Seed Enterprise summer program.
$320 pays for a full set of garden/landscaping tools for one garden or conservation cohort
$144 is the cost equivalent of an 8 week organic pro-duce share subscription for a family in need
$56 pays for the seeds and seedlings needed to plant one garden bed for three seasons.
$6 pays for personal protective equipment (mask, gloves, hand sanitizer) for one employee per month.
$16 is the monthly fee for one intern to access anti-virus and our team productivity application, Asana
$37 is the monthly cost of our internet hosting ser-vices and platform access
$89 is the cost for us to attend one professional development webinar a month
Trellis for Tomorrow is a 17-year-old organization that delivers experiential programs in organic gardening, environmental education, and food security that provide practical and behavioral life skills for youth and adults. Our aspiration is to foster compassion and resilience in people and inspire them to build sustainable communities.

We prepare diverse groups of youth for success by teaching them healthy living skills, the value of work, leadership and team work , sustainable agriculture, youth philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, social justice, green business practices, community and civic engagement.
Our programming for children cultivates a connection to nature, encourages curiosity and creativity and introduces the importance of making healthy choices.
Community engagement is at the heart of Trellis for Tomorrow’s mission. We create partnerships and collaborations that shift the balance in socio-economically challenged communities toward food justice and food security.
