Kat McCaughern

Garden Educator

Kat is excited to be at Trellis for Tomorrow in the role of Garden Educator. Kat comes to Trellis with a background in Montessori education and taught in schools for over 10 years. Kat has experience as farm crew working on local organic vegetable farms in the Pottstown area as well as managing the farmstand at a weekly farmers market. Kat recently earned her certificate from LifeLab as a Certified Garden Educator and is excited to apply this newly acquired knowledge and skills within the Trellis gardens. Kat lives in Montgomery County with her husband, two children and dog. In her spare time Kat enjoys volunteering, growing and arranging flowers, hiking and spending time in her garden.
