Nate Bach

Youth Development Manager

Nate is the Youth Development Manager at Trellis for Tomorrow. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Albright College, Nate led youth trail crews in building and maintaining the Appalachian Trail in New Hampshire and New Jersey with Appalachian Mountain Club. He then worked as a Pennsylvania DCNR Ranger at French Creek State Park gaining extensive experience in working with the public and maintaining park facilities for visitors to safely enjoy. In 2021 Nate earned a certification in Earth Sustainability from Penn State University. Nate is excited to bring his experience and passion working with youth to help our wonderful volunteers grow to their fullest potential. Nate lives with his wife in Berks County. In his spare time, Nate loves to hike, cook, read, build and paint models, and play Magic the Gathering.
