Eats, Ales & Earth -  April 18th, 6-9 pm


Help us celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day! In recognition of this globally celebrated event, we have re-branded our Beef-n-Beer fundraiser as Eats, Ales & Earth. Come join us for a night of organic food, drinks, raffle and silent auction items, and to benefit our Youth Environmental Stewardship program. In addition to the new name, we’ve made some other big changes to our fundraiser. In recognition of Earth Day, and to align more closely with our values at Trellis, we decided to “green” our event. To do that, we felt it was important to move away from the traditional beef dinner. We are now offering an organic meal including chicken marsala, meatless ziti, and zucchini/squash/onion/peppers with brown rice. Additionally, we changed to recyclable or compostable place settings and drinkware, as well as cloth table covers. We are doing our best to promote a sustainable event and will work to continue to improve our efforts. We invite you to join us!
