On August 11, the Don Coppedge Village garden welcomed a very special guest… Fox 29 meteorologist Drew Anderson! Drew stopped by to get a firsthand look at our SEED Skills program, and our youth participants stole the show! Confident, passionate, and eager to share, these young leaders gave a guided tour of the gardens while proudly showing off their gardening knowledge.
Throughout the summer, these youth poured their hard work into learning the ropes of organic garden management and cultivating meaningful community connections. We are thrilled to see their dedication recognized in the spotlight!
